Account settings and Tools

The login links along the top of your screen include a link to the Account Settings dialog. This dialog lets you change the following settings:

Preferences

Includes individual settings the following items:

  • Contact Info (Name, Contact email)
  • Password for logging in
  • Personal Signature
  • Default Mailbox
  • Time Zone
  • Archiving and Preview settings

Alerts

Set up personal Alerts to be notified about mail that matches criteria you choose.

Mailboxes (Account Owner/Administrators Only)

Add, delete, and rename your mailboxes, up to the mailbox limit included in your purchase level. Set mailbox details such as:

  • Mailbox Name
  • Email Sending Address
  • Mailbox-level signatures
  • POP Accounts which feed into this mailbox

People (Account Owner/Administrators Only)

Add and delete users from your Email Center Pro account, and choose settings for each user, including:

  • Name
  • Role (aka Privileges: User or Administrator)
  • Initial password settings
  • Initial default Mailbox

Account Options (Account Owner Only)

Manage top-level account issues such as time-zone, auto-archiving, enabling RSS and API keys, SPAM settings, custom Dashboards, and more.

Account Billing (Account Owner Only)

Manage billing issues for your Email Center Pro account, such as upgrading or downgrading account level, changing payment method, and see a history of billing invoices.

Tools

Add secure integration of other customer experience tools right into your Email Center Pro interface.
