Tools
The Tools tab in the Account & Tools dialog lets you integrate your other customer experience tools directly into your Email Center Pro user interface. NOTE: A number of these tools require that API access be enabled by the Account Owner on the Account Options tab. To add tools to your Email Center Pro account:
API KeysEach API key is a unique identifier string that lets other services communicate with your Email Center Pro account securely. You will need an API Key for integrating some of the tools. FormSpringCustomers who use FormSpring to collect and manage data can see summaries of their FormSpring data, forms, and settings right in the Email Center Pro Dashboard.
VerticalResponseCustomers who use VerticalResponse to manage their email campaigns can track key information right in their Email Center Pro Dashboard, and even export contact lists from Email Center Pro to supplement existing, or create new, VerticalResponse lists.
