Export Contacts

You can export any listing on the Contacts tab as a CSV (comma separated values) file for integration with another email or Customer Relationship Management system.

Export Current Listing as CSV

1. Click the Contacts tab
2. Filter the list (if desired) by clicking a Tag in the left pane, or by using the Search Contacts option on the toolbar
3. On the More menu, click Export Current Listing as CSV
4. Browse to the location where you would like to save the exported list
5. Click Save

Export Current Listing to VerticalResponse

Customers who use VerticalResponse for their email marketing campaigns can easily export a selection of Contacts from their Email Center Pro account to form the basis of a VerticalResponse email list. This feature works in conjunction with the VerticalResponse Dashboard Widget.

1. Click the Contacts tab
2. Filter the list (if desired) by clicking a Tag in the left pane, or by using the Search Contacts option on the toolbar
3. On the More menu, click Export Current Listing to VerticalResponse
4. In the Export to List box, use the drop-down arrow to select an existing list, or type a name to create a new list
5. (Optional): In the Apply ECP Tags box, use the drop-down list or type a tag name to apply a tag within Email Center Pro to all contacts included in the list. This will help you quickly track follow-ups from your email campaigns within your email exchanges.
6. Click Export to VR
7. You should now see these contacts included within the specified list in your VerticalResponse account.
