Open Contact
From the Contacts tab, click to select a contact, and click on the toolbar. See ConversationsThe pane on the right will display all conversations involving that Contact. Click any conversation for a preview. See Recent Actions and HistoryIn the left pane, the Recent Actions section lists actions related to that contact (dates on which a message was received or sent, tickets issued, or call logs). NOTE: This filtering works the same way as the Recent Actions widget on the Dashboard, automatically filtering by the contact's email address(es). Add Contact CardsEmail Center Pro can store multiple sets of information about each contact (such as home and work addresses or IM) on individual Contact Cards.
Talk to ContactFrom the Contacts tab, you can quickly email, call, or IM any contact. By Email
By PhoneNOTE: There must be a phone number entered in a Contact Card for this feature to work.
