Customize your Dashboard

You can customize the Dashboard to display just the analytics you want, and even to show multiple versions of the same analysis customized for different mailboxes or date ranges.

NOTE: Widgets available vary by account level. See the main Dashboard page for details.

Add more widgets

  1. Click the Widget Manager button on the toolbar
  2. Scroll to see a thumbnail and description of additional widgets available
  3. Click Add This Widget to place that item on your Dashboard
  4. Click the X at the top of the window to return to the Dashboard
  5. The new widget(s) will display on the Dashboard

TIP: Add multiple versions of the same widget

You can add complex widgets, such as the Mailbox Breakdown, multiple times, and customize each one for a different set of data.

Customize widgets

Widgets which display or sort complex data can be customized to show data for a particular mailbox, user, date range, or other criteria.

  1. Click the Options button at the bottom of the widget
  2. Use the fields available to select a different set of data
  3. The display will change as you make your selections

In the future, when you come back to the Dashboard, each widget will remember the settings you chose.

Rearrange widgets

You can click and drag widgets to customize the look of your dashboard.

  1. Click on any widget name on your Dashboard
  2. Drag the widget to a new location, and release the mouse

Delete widgets

Click the X on the upper-right corner of any widget to delete it from your Dashboard display. You can add the widget back to your display at any time.
