Notes

Internal Notes can be attached to an email conversation, as reminders of future actions, or updates regarding the status of the email. These notes are NOT visible to your email correspondents; they can only be seen by other users in your Email Center Pro account.

Add a Note

  1. Click on the email message from the list
  2. Click the Add a note link to the right of the message
  3. Type into the Notes field
  4. Apply any desired formatting with the Notes formatting toolbar
  5. Click Save in the Notes formatting toolbar
  6. The note will display to the right of the message; the most recent note is always at the top.

Delete a Note (Administrators only)

  1. Click on the email message from the list
  2. Click the Delete (trash) icon in the Note
  3. A message will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the note
  4. Click Yes to delete the note
