Tag Email
Tags are another way to filter a list of similar emails. Emails can be sorted by their 'tag' within a mailbox so that you can view only those tagged emails. Example: Create a tag called "Product Eval" for emails requesting an evaluation of your product. In addition to the features outlined below, you can also Rename, Split, and Merge existing tags. TIP: Click and drag for quick tagging To quickly apply a tag, you can also click any message in the list and drag it over to a tag (on the left, under the Folder listings) associated with the current mailbox. Edit
TIP: Tag multiple conversations You can tag multiple conversations at once by selecting them and clicking on the toolbar. Click Add Tag and specify the tag name. Try using this feature on the results of a search for similar emails to easily find them in the future. SortEach mailbox displays a listing of the tags associated to the mailbox. The mailbox tag list will display along the left-hand side of the screen, below the folder list. Only the tag list for the currently-opened folder will display.

NOTE: this removes the tag from a single email. To remove the tag entirely, you must remove it from all other conversations to which it has been applied. |
