Track Conversations

Are you interested in following some ongoing conversations, even if they are not assigned to you? The message listing contains a starred column for marking conversations you wish to track.

  1. Click the grey star next to a conversation
  2. The star will change to yellow
  3. In the message filtering pane on the left, click Starred
  4. The starred conversation is now listed here, in addition to its location in the Inbox, Archive, or Sent folders of that mailbox.

Users with Standard or Premium accounts can also add a Conversation Tracker widget to the Dashboard, for a quick visual overview of their starred conversations.

TIP: Open Contact from Conversation

To see a full history of interactions with a particular contact, you can click the Contact icon in the To: or From: fields of any email conversation to open the contact.
