RSS Feeds

You can add RSS feeds for any message listing in your account, from the Inbox of a specific mailbox to a Saved Search. The subject and a brief portion of the message details for any new messages will then appear in your RSS reader. An RSS feed can function as an alternative to Alerts.

TIP: Enable or disable RSS Feeds

Account owners can enable or disable RSS feeds for the entire account in the Account Settings.

PROCEDURES:

  1. Open the message listing to which you want to subscribe
  2. Click the RSS feed button on the toolbar
  3. Your browser will open your default RSS reader with a preview of the message feed
  4. Subscribe to the feed

If you are using a third-party RSS aggregator that is not part of your browser, you may need to open it separately and paste the URL that appears at the top of the browser window into the reader, then subscribe.

Once your reader (aggregator) has the link subscribed, you will begin to receive updates for any incoming emails.

NOTE: For security, your RSS feed is protected by a unique key that encodes your Email Center Pro username and password. If you think this has been compromised (for example, if your laptop is stolen), you can reset the RSS key in your Account Preferences. You will then need to re-subscribe to the message lists you want to see.
