It's simple. Sign up for a paying plan now and we'll give you 30 days free! If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up, you'll save all of your pennies. If you choose to cancel your account at any time after the 30-day trial period, you won't be charged again, although you will be responsible for charges incurred until the time of your cancellation. We don't have a pro-rate option, so you cannot recover charges for a partial month's use.
Can I get an extra 30 days for free if I upgrade from a free account to a paying account later?
We admire your creativity, but that's not how this offer works. The 30 free days on the paying plan applies only if you sign up for one of the paying plans right now. In other words, what are you waiting for? Get to signing up!
Are the prices above per user or per account?
Some of our existing users would tell you that the Standard Plan is worth $49 per user. This makes the fact that we charge per account a pretty good deal. Get as many users as your plan level allows into the service for a single price. That's when Email Center Pro truly shines.

I see that templates are a line item above. Why are they worthy of that distinction?
We're glad you asked! Templates are an easy way to speed up your work flow. If you or your team members are sending virtually the same email several times a day, you can save that email as a template, then re-use it as often as you need to -- personalizing key areas for each customer -- and start saving time and money.
How will I know if I'm getting close to my
storage limit?
You've got a lot going on running your business. We don't want you to have to monitor anything you don't have to. That's why we'll send you an email when you're at 80 percent of your storage capacity.
How do we secure that monthly fee everyone's talking about?
To keep things as simple as possible, we accept all major credit cards. We do not currently facilitate invoicing and cannot accept a P.O.
How do I upgrade my account?
We've made this easy for you. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard, click on "Billing" and review your options. After selecting the plan you want, simply fill in the fields or confirm your upgrade and you're all set.
